Kyley Trausch, LMSW, BSW
Kyley Trausch, LMSW, BSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Idaho. Kyley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwest Nazarene, with a Master of Social Work, with emphasis in Mental Health and Trauma-Informed Therapy. Prior to earning her masters degree, Kyley graduated Cum Laude from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts, within the undergraduate social work program. Kyley has worked in the mental health field since 2013. Kyley is also a member of National Association of Social Workers (NASW) andPhi Alpha National Honor Society for Social Work.
Kyley believes a positive therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client is essential to the growth process. She creates a collaborative, warm and comfortable environment in which clients can feel free to explore. Kyley is an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means she utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies, according to the client’s individual needs. Kyley’s integrative approach pulls from psychodynamic, humanistic theories, as well as evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
Kyley’s approach involves genuine caring, acceptance, unconditional positive regard, and non-judgment. Kyley works with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective. Kyley works with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, other mental health disorders, complex and developmental trauma, unresolved emotional issues, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem/self-empowerment, grief and loss, relationship/family concerns, individual counseling for personal and emotional growth aimed at understanding meaning and purpose. Kyley’s practice focus is on keeping approaches safe for persons with stress related disorders and/or hidden traumas. Kyley offers psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. In the near future, Kyley is highly interested in becoming certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in order to help individuals process through past traumas.
Kyley had a long-term goal to become a therapist and is thankful to be able to work in a profession that she truly loves and feels passionate about. Kyley also notes that, “I consider it to be such a privilege to be invited into my clients’ inner lives, and to travel the journey with them through healing, change, and self-empowerment.” Kyley respects each person’s unique life experiences, beliefs and values, and integrates these attributes into the therapeutic process. She views individuals as being experts of their own lives; while assisting clients in connecting with their “authentic” selves in order to take action on the basis of insights developed through the therapeutic experience.
David Martin, LPC, EMDR-T
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho. License # 5819. I graduated from Boise State University with a Masters in Counseling, as well as a Bachelors in Psychology. I have worked in the mental health/substance use field for 15 years and I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist with over 500 hours of providing EMDR therapy.
I am known for creating a warm, relaxed, and therapeutic approach to counseling. I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means that I utilize a variety of orientations and therapies, based upon the your individual needs. My approach involves genuine caring, acceptance, and non-judgement.
I work with clients from a strength based model that is positive in nature. My areas of special training and expertise include specifically working with survivors of trauma, abuse, and victimization, and people in recovery from alcohol and drugs, depression, bipolar mood disorder, anxiety, self-esteem/empowerment, grief and loss, relationship/family concerns, personal and emotional growth, and creating more meaning and purpose in your life.
I had a long-term goal to become a therapist and helping professional since my youth and worked passionately to fulfill my dream. I consider myself to be blessed to be able to work in a profession that I truly believe in and am passionate about. I consider it a privilege and an honor to be invited into my clients’ inner lives, and to travel the journey with them through healing, self-change, and self-empowerment.
Neeka Rogers, LPC
My name is Neeka and I am an LPC with a degree in marriage, couple and family counseling. I also am a mental health counselor. My main focus has been mindfulness and an existential therapeutic style, but I mix in others depending on the client’s needs. I enjoy getting creative and using music and art as ways to connect with my clients and help them express emotions and thoughts. My biggest goal is to help the client feel comfortable and heard. I have worked with many clients with different needs and have been in the mental health industry for about ten years.
In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar, fishing, reading, and spending time with my husband and child as well as our dogs and cat. I want to make a difference in people’s lives and chose counseling for this purpose. I have a strong passion for it and will work with the client to increase the client’s livelihood.
