Telehealth Services

While our Extended Services are all provided face-to-face within the Treasure Valley, our Counseling Services are provided either in person, or through safe, secure, and easy-to-use Telehealth Services, allowing us to serve all Idaho residents.

Our safe and secure telehealth technology allows us to provide our Counseling services through Video/Audio conference (Telehealth), using your Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. You have the choice, you can schedule to be seen in-person at our Boise office, or through telehealth services.

Both the software, as well as the process, are both very user-friendly (easy to use), while being impressively secure and HIPAA compliant; assuring your sessions remain confidential. We want you safe, healthy, happy, hopeful, and optimistic. In addition, we want to make sure you always have access to the services you depend on.

What are Telehealth Services?

Telehealth is the use of video and audio technologies, which allow professionals  to continue providing the services offered over long-distance, or as a means to overcome other barriers/challenges to physical access. Telehealth allows clients to continue receiving, and remain engaged, in services without interruption.

Telehealth Services are defined as the delivery and facilitation of health and health-related services, including Mental Health Care, through telecommunications and digital communication technologies, such as the secure video-appointments that our software, TheraNest, allows us to offer.

How It Works - What to Expect

We utilize the program/software, TheraNest to fulfill our Telehealth needs. TheraNest offers a safe, secure, and confidential platform, and allows us to generate an individualized and unique web link that directs you to your private and secure video session. Once the session is started, the links are only valid for 3 hours, after which they expire and are no longer usable.

When you have a Teleheatlh session scheduled, one of our staff will forward you the link by either email or text (your choice), within the hour before your scheduled appointment.

We are always doing what we can to overcome obstacles such as distance, transportation, and other barriers by providing appointments utilizing real-time video communication platforms. Today, around 95% of Americans own cell phones, and it is anticipated that 77% of those are smartphones. These, and other mobile devices such as your Laptop or Smart Tablet, can be used to increase access to the services we offer.
