We are now equipped with the necessary, appropriate, safe and secure technology to be able to provide your services through Video/Audio conference (Telehealth) with your Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone.

The software and process are both very easy to use. We want you safe, healthy, and happy. We also want to make sure you still have access to your services.

What are Telehealth Services?

Telehealth is the use of video and audio technologies to support long-distance services between providers and their clients.

Telehealth Services are defined as the delivery and facilitation of health and health-related services, including Mental Health Care, through telecommunications and digital communication technologies, such as the secure video-appointments that our software, TheraNest, allows us to offer.

How It Works and What to Expect

We utilize the program/software, TheraNest to fulfill our Telehealth needs. TheraNest offers a safe, secure, and confidential platform and allows us to generate an individualized and unique web link that directs you to your private and secure video session. The links are only valid for 3 hours, after which they expire and are no longer usable. When you have a Teleheatlh session scheduled with one of our staff, we’ll forward you the link by either email or text (your choice), within the hour before your scheduled appointment. 

We are doing what we can to overcome obstacles such as distance, transportation, and other barriers by providing appointments utilizing real-time video communication platforms. Today, around 95% of Americans own cell phones, and it is anticipated that 77% of those are smartphones. These, and other mobile devices such as your Laptop or Smart Tablet, can be used to increase access to the services we offer.
