Employment Opportunities

Pride Mental Health is a steady, Idaho-based outpatient practice built on integrity, professionalism, and long-term sustainability. We serve clients across Idaho through therapy and medication management services, with a commitment to ethical care and responsible growth.

As we continue to expand thoughtfully, we are seeking licensed clinicians who value strong clinical work, respect for professional standards, and a collaborative, grounded environment. Our goal is to create a practice where providers feel supported, trusted, and equipped to focus on what matters most: client care.

We are selective in who we bring onto our team, not because we are exclusive, but because culture and alignment matter. We believe that a stable, respectful clinical environment benefits both providers and the individuals we serve.

Who Thrives at Pride Mental Health?

The clients and communities we serve benefit most from clinicians who are consistently engaged and invested in their work. While we offer flexibility in scheduling, our model supports providers who are interested in building and maintaining a meaningful caseload and contributing steadily to the life of the practice.

We welcome both full-time and part-time clinicians. What matters most is not a specific number of hours, but a clear commitment to clinical responsibility, reliability, and thoughtful care. Those who aim to develop a stable schedule and sustained client relationships tend to thrive in our structure.

We value clinicians who take ownership of their work, maintain strong documentation standards, and approach their role with maturity and professionalism. Pride is a strong fit for individuals who can practice independently while communicating clearly and respectfully within a team.

Humility and self-awareness are essential in this work. We strive to foster an environment where clinical excellence is pursued without ego, where feedback is welcomed, and where collaboration strengthens the care we provide.

Licensed Therapists

We are currently seeking licensed clinicians in the state of Idaho, including: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, & LCSW. Applicants must hold an active Idaho license in good standing.

LMSW applicants must be eligible to practice under appropriate supervision in accordance with Idaho regulations. Pride Mental Health maintains supervisory support consistent with state requirements.

Therapists provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals across Idaho through in-person, telehealth, or hybrid formats, depending on client needs and clinical appropriateness. As a general outpatient practice, our caseloads often include a diverse range of individuals and presenting concerns.

We support clinicians in developing areas of focus while maintaining the flexibility to serve a broad client base. Many members of our team pursue continued education, certifications, and specialized training that allow them to serve particular populations of interest — including trauma survivors, first responders, veterans, LGBTQ+ clients, and others.

Clinicians are supported in building and maintaining a caseload aligned with their professional goals while upholding strong standards in documentation, ethical practice, and timely communication. Providers are expected to practice within their scope, maintain compliance with Idaho regulations and professional board standards, and contribute constructively to team communication when collaboration is needed.

Medication Management Providers

We are seeking licensed prescribing providers authorized to practice and prescribe in Idaho (e.g., PMHNP, MD, DO, or PA with prescriptive authority).

Applicants must hold active Idaho licensure in good standing, appropriate prescriptive authority, and DEA registration where applicable. Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, evaluations, and ongoing medication management is preferred.

Medication management providers conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists to support continuity of care. As with all roles within Pride Mental Health, providers are expected to practice within their scope, maintain strong documentation standards, and adhere to federal and Idaho regulatory and professional board requirements.

We value providers who approach medication management in a thoughtful, evidence-informed, and client-centered manner. Clear communication, collaborative care, and respect for each individual’s treatment goals are central to how we practice.

How We Are Different?

What Working at Pride Mental Health Feels Like

We believe strong teams produce strong outcomes. When clinicians work together, individual strengths are strengthened and limitations are addressed. Collaboration here is not a slogan. It is part of how we practice.

We hold regular team meetings where administrative updates are shared openly and clinicians have space to consult on cases, discuss challenges, and receive thoughtful input from colleagues. Continued learning is encouraged. Professional growth is expected. Communication is treated as essential for both client care and team cohesion.

Whether services are provided in office or through telehealth, we work intentionally to remain connected and supportive. Leadership is accessible. Case consultation is available. Documentation is reviewed consistently to maintain quality and compliance, with feedback offered in a way that supports growth and accountability.

Our front office coordinates initial intake appointments, and ongoing scheduling is managed collaboratively between clinician and client. Insurance credentialing is supported, and billing is handled in close coordination with our team so providers can focus primarily on clinical work rather than administrative burden.

Productivity and consistency are valued and supported through our compensation structure. At the same time, our emphasis remains on thoughtful clinical care, sustainable caseloads, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.

We strive to maintain an environment that is warm, respectful, and steady. Clients and team members alike should feel supported and valued. We believe in growth for the individuals we serve and for the professionals who choose to practice here.

At Pride Mental Health, you become part of a practice grounded in Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Dependability, and Effort. These are not simply words. They shape how we lead, how we communicate, and how we serve.
